Third Grade Social Studies Curriculum

Curricular Goals:

1. Students will learn fifty states’ locations, capitals, and postal abbreviations within the context of multi-perspective American history.

2. Students will learn about the journey of the Corps of Discovery (Lewis & Clark’s expedition) as a guide to compare, contrast, and study multiple indigenous tribes.
